Blueprint Valuation Services Inc. provides standardized residential appraisal services supporting mortgage lending and related purposes across Eastern Ontario.

The firm’s practice focuses on residential valuation assignments commonly required by lenders, insurers, and related financial institutions.

All appraisal services are prepared in accordance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) and the requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC).

Appraisal reports are completed by appraisers designated by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC).
